to help streamline operations, improve customer
relationships, and increase top-line revenue.
E-Z Data is seeking a Japanese speaking sales professional to build upon recent client wins in Japan and spearhead sales for its new office in Tokyo (Shinjuku).
Qualified Candidates:
- Must have 7+ years enterprise corporate software sales experience with a proven track record of sales successes.
- Speak and write fluent Japanese and conversational English.
- Must be able to clearly write documents targeted at various audiences (C level, engineering, marketing and executives) as well as make effective presentations to large/small groups.
- Insurance industry domain expertise and Chinese language fluency is a plus.
- Must have experience developing and executing sales strategies.
- Must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial and able to operate independently while reporting directly to U.S. headquarters for the near term.
Responsibilities Include:
- Expand sales base in further developing global distribution
- Analyze customer needs and provide the right product mix
- Manage a complex, consultative, enterprise software sales cycle
- Directly and indirectly monitor all sales activity
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive actions, new product development and customer requirements
- Responsible for generating profitable sales growth, which includes signing new business, developing prospects and building relationships
- Must be a proven performer in proposal development and achieving required quotas
- Must provide updates of all ongoing communications on a regular basis
- Identify niches / opportunities
- Prepare sales forecast by product line
- Deliver effective presentations
- Participate in trade and industry shows as required
- Build account relationships beyond the buying level to ensure the involvement of key decision makers
- Ensure optimum level of customer service
- Understand the overall software product(s) implementation strategy, methodology and tools, and subsequent delivery success
- Work effectively and cohesively with other key personnel to effectively engage prospects in the sales cycle
