We are seeking a Technical Support Representative/Help Desk Analyst. As a member of our fast-paced technical support team, you would be responsible for providing telephone, fax and e-mail technical support to end users of our client database software.
As the first line of technical support for our customers, the Technical Service Representative will spend a majority of their time on the telephone assisting our clients with technical and functionality related questions.
Responsibilities Include:
