Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust, Inc. (INL/ND) has changed its name to  Retail Properties of America, Inc. (“RPAI”).  As recently communicated, RPAI  expects  to pursue a listing on the NYSE.  Although RPAI is unable to provide  any  guidance  regarding  a potential share price or the timing of such  event  or  guarantee  that  such  a  listing  will  occur,  RPAI  has effectuated  a  10  to  1 reverse stock split on March 20, 2012 and a stock dividend  to  stockholders  of record as of March 21, 2012.  As such, every ten  shares  owned  was  combined  into  one share and converted to Class A common  stock.  Subsequent to the reverse stock split, a stock dividend was paid  to  all  stockholders  of  record  as  of March 21, 2012, in order to implement  a  phased-in  liquidity  program.  Under the phased-in liquidity program,  for  every  one  share of post reverse stock split Class A common stock,  stockholders received three new shares of common stock comprised of one  share  of  Class B-1 common stock, one share of Class B-2 common stock and  one  share of Class B-3 common stock.  Pricing information will not be immediately   available   on  these  4  classes  of  shares. The attached Credit Suisse Large Cap Blend funds will be converting from Credit Suisse to Aberdeen Asset Management effective October 7, 2011.  Beginning Monday, October 10th, Credit Suisse (DFR/WP) FAN Mail users will begin receiving their Credit Suisse Large Cap Blend accounts under Aberdeen Asset Management  (DBF/AB).

Transactions will be delivered to close out positions for Credit Suisse (DFR/WP). FAN Mail users that have been established with DBF/AB access as a result of the conversion, will receive new Account Position and Account Master Position files on Tuesday, October 11.

MetLife Investors (MET/VA) transmitted a Direct Financial Activity (DFA-02) file on  04/15/11, which contained incorrect transaction amounts. As a result, the Gross Transaction Amount field for all Variable Annuity products were overstated. The Gross Transaction Amounts were transmitted with four extra zeros (0000). For example, if the trade was $100.00, the trade was sent for $1,000,000.00. All other data elements were correct.

MetLife will be transmitting a corrected Direct Financial Activity (DFA-02) file today, Monday, 04/25/11. If you have affected contracts, please remove the old file.
