The Service Provider Integration allows you to order exams from within your SmartOffice pending case workflow, alerts the provider to begin processing the order immediately, and provides status updates by order number in SmartCaseManager.

The Pending Case Side-by-Side feature lets you receive and process pending case feeds provided by the Carriers
